THE STAGES OF PURCHASING

Initial Consultation

Let's get started with a complimentary consultation. We'll sit down together, or virtually, to discuss your goals, wants, needs, and a timeline to accomplish it all. There is never any pressure to work with me, but after this meeting, you'll definitely want to!

Search + Evaluate

There are so many amazing neighborhoods and styles of home here in Houston, and I'll help take the stress out of the search by doing a lot of that leg work myself. During our tours, I will share all the research I've done on the properties and help guide you toward the best home for you.

Selecting Your Home

Whether you choose the first home you see or the 50th, I'll help guide you through the process by sharing information pertaining to the property and the home itself, you can work with your lender and check with your insurance broker, making sure every detail is right for you.

Crafting the Offer

Once we're ready to make an official offer, we will discuss all the details that go into crafting a winning offer - and just an FYI - it goes way beyond the purchase price. We want to make sure you're covered and comfortable in making this purchase!

Inspect + Negotiate

Once we are under contract, I'll help you schedule your inspections, meet with you and the inspectors, and discuss a plan of action in moving forward with your purchase and what, if any, repairs you want the seller to make prior to closing on your new home.

Getting Your Keys

Prior to closing, we will do one final walk through to make sure the home is in the same condition it was when you first found it and any negotiated repairs are complete. Then its off to the closing table where you'll get your keys upon funding and then we can all celebrate!
